2	Lands vested in Board by “Bluff Harbour Foreshore Endowment Act, 1879,” may be leased.

An Act to enable the Bluff Harbour Board to lease the Bluff Harbour Foreshore, or any Portion or Portions thereof.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Bluff Harbour Foreshore Leasing Act, 1880.”

2 Lands vested in Board by “Bluff Harbour Foreshore Endowment Act, 1879,” may be leased.

Subject to the provisions of “The Harbours Act, 1878,” or any Act amending the same, the lands vested in the Bluff Harbour Board by “The Bluff Harbour Foreshore Endowment Act, 1879,” or any portion or portions thereof, may, for the purposes of shipbuilding yards, the construction of slips, and the formation of oyster-beds, and for building stores for exports and imports, from time to time be leased by the Bluff Harbour Board for any term or terms not exceeding thirty years.
