An Act to amend “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Waiapu Hospital District Act, 1903”; and it shall form part of and be read together with “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885” (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Act”), and shall come into operation upon the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and four.

2 Repeal.

The First Schedule of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing the description of the “District of Cook,” and substituting in lieu thereof the following:—

District of Cook

All that area in the colony being the County of Cook, and including all boroughs therein.

District of Waiapu

All that area in the colony, being the County of Waiapu, and including all boroughs therein.
