An Act to amend “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Wallace Hospital District Act, 1905”; and it shall form part of and be read together with “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885” (herein-after referred to as “the principal Act”).

2 First Schedule of principal Act amended.

The First Schedule of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing the description of the District of Southland, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:—

District of Southland

All that area in the colony being the Counties of Southland, Lake, and Stewart Island, including all boroughs therein.

District of Wallace

All that area in the colony being the Counties of Wallace and Fiord, and including all boroughs therein.
