An Act to amend the Tuakitoto and Lakes Act, 1911.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Tuakitoto and Kaitangata Lakes Amendment Act, 1913, and it shall form part of and be read together with the Tuakitoto and Kaitangata Lakes Act, 1911 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Principal Act amended.

The period of forty-two years is hereby substituted for the period of twenty-one years wherever that period is mentioned in the principal Act.

3 Commencement of amendment.

The said period of forty-two years shall be computed from the date of the passing of the principal Act.
