An Act to amend the Hutt Park Act, 1907.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may he cited as the Hutt Park Amendment Act, 1914, and shall form part of and be read together with the Hutt Park Act, 1907 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Extension of powers of Committee.

Notwithstanding anything in the principal Act, the Hutt Park Committee is hereby empowered to permit horses to be trained upon any portion of the Hutt Park set aside by the Committee for that purpose.
