North Shore Drainage Amendment Act 1966: repealed, on 1 November 2010, pursuant to section 113(1) of the Local Government (Auckland Transitional Provisions) Act 2010 (2010 No 37).

An Act to amend the North Shore Drainage Act 1963
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the North Shore Drainage Amendment Act 1966 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the North Shore Drainage Act 1963 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Section 57 of principal Act amended
Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 57 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the words
“all the”
which follow the words“aggregate population of”
, and substituting the words“the respective”
for the words deleted.
