All that area in the Canterbury Land District, Waimairi County, bounded by a line, as follows: Commencing at a point 10 chains west of the western side of Burwood Road and on the northern boundary of Rural Section 1818; thence continuing northerly generally along a line parallel to and 10 chains west of Burwood Road to Mairehau Road; thence across Mairehau Road to a line parallel to and 2½ chains north of Mairehau Road; thence continuing easterly along that line to the eastern side of Burwood Road; thence continuing southerly along the eastern side of Burwood Road to the south side of Mairehau Road being to a point on the boundary of the Christchurch Tramway District as described in the Schedule to the principal Act as amended by subsection (3) of section 9 of the Christchurch Tramway District Amendment Act 1932–33 and as amended by section 2 of the Christchurch Tramway District Amendment Act 1960; thence continuing southerly generally along that boundary to the point of commencement on the northern boundary of Rural Section 1818.
