An Act to amend the Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Monopoly Prevention Amendment Act, 1908.

2 Operation of Act extended.

(1.)

Part I of the Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and ten, on which day it shall be deemed to be repealed.

Repeal.

(2.)

Section thirteen of the Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908, is hereby repealed.
