An Act to amend the Arbitration Act, 1908.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the Arbitration Amendment Act, 1915, and shall form part of and be read together with the Arbitration Act, 1908.
2 Section 6 of Arbitration Act, 1908, amended.
(1.)
Section six of the Arbitration Act, 1908, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph (c) of subsection one, and at the end of subsection one, and in subsection two, after the word “umpire,”
the words “or a third arbitrator.”
(2.)
This section shall be deemed to have been in operation as from the commencement of the Arbitration Act, 1908.
