An Act to extend the Operation of the Treaties of Peace Act, 1919.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Treaties of Peace Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Treaties of Peace Act, 1919.

2 Operation of Treaties of Peace Act extended by one year.

Section six of the Treaties of Peace Act, 1919, is hereby amended by omitting the words “twelve months,” and substituting the words “two years.”
