An Act to amend the District Railways Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the District Railways Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the District Railways Act, 1908.

2 Gauge of railways under principal Act

(1.)

The gauge of every railway to be constructed under the principal Act shall be of such width as the Governor-General in Council may determine.

Repeal

(2.)

Section thirty-five of the principal Act is hereby repealed.
