An Act to amend the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908.

2 Section 2 of Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908, amended

Section two of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1908, is hereby amended by adding thereto the words “or concerning the proceedings of or the judgment of any court-martial.”
