An Act to amend the Law Practitioners Act, 1908.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1921, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Law Practitioners Act, 1908.
2 Law agents enrolled in Scotland may be admitted as solicitors of Supreme Court of New Zealand.
Section fifteen of the Law Practitioners Act, 1908, is hereby amended by omitting from subsection two the words “writer to the signet and solicitor before the Supreme Courts,”
and substituting the words “law agent enrolled pursuant to the provisions of the Law Agents (Scotland) Act, 1873.”
