An Act to amend the Unit Titles Act 1972

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1980, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Unit Titles Act 1972.

2 Future development units

Section 8(1)(b) of the Unit Titles Amendment Act 1979 is hereby amended by inserting, after the words “fee simple estate”, the words “or, as the case may be, the estate”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Justice.
