An Act to amend the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Apple and Pear Marketing Amendment Act 1982, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Disposition of seasonal profit
(1)
Section 33(2)(b) of the principal Act (as substituted by section 4 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Amendment Act 1981) is hereby amended by omitting the expression “(4)”
, in both places where it appears, and substituting, in each case, the expression “(5)”
.
(2)
This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of September 1981.
This Act is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
