An Act to validate and confirm certain regulations made under section S of the Primary Products Marketing Act 1953

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Primary Products Marketing (Regulations Confirmation) Act 1985.

2 Confirmation

The following regulations are hereby validated and confirmed:

(a)

The Berryfruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1983, Amendment No. 1:

(b)

The Game Industry Board Regulations 1985:

(c)

The Game Industry Board Regulations 1985, Amendment No. 1.

3 Repeal

The Primary Products Marketing Regulations Confirmation Act 1983 is hereby repealed.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
