An Act to amend the Flags, Emblems, and Names Protection Act 1981
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Flags, Emblems, and Names Protection Amendment Act 1985, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Flags, Emblems, and Names Protection Act 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
2 Emblems and names protected under other Acts
The Third Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, in their appropriate chronological order, the items set out in the Schedule to this Act.
