An Act to amend the Carriage by Air Act 1967

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Carriage by Air Amendment Act (No. 2) 1990, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Carriage by Air Act 1967.

2 Commencement of Carriage by Air Amendment Act 1990

Section 1 of the Carriage by Air Amendment Act 1990 is hereby amended by repealing subsection (2), and substituting the following subsection:

“(2)

This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed for the commencement thereof by the Governor-General by Order in Council.”

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Transport.

Carriage by Air Amendment Act (No. 2) 1990
