An Act to amend the Export Guarantee Act 1964
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Export Guarantee Amendment Act 1990 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Export Guarantee Act 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
(2) This Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.

Subsection (2) was repealed, as from 1 August 1990, by section 10(b) Export Guarantee Amendment Act (No 2) 1990 (1990 No 81).

6 Transitional provisions

(1) [Repealed]
(2) All money belonging to the Office and held in the State Insurance Account immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, on the commencement of this Act, be deemed to be held in the Export Guarantee Account established under section 21 of the principal Act.
Subsection (1) was repealed, as from 1 August 1990, by section 10(b) Export Guarantee Amendment Act (No 2) 1990 (1990 No 81).
