An Act to amend the Copyright Act 1994

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

  • This Act may be cited as the Copyright Amendment Act 1997, and is part of the Copyright Act 1994 (“the principal Act”).

2 New sections substituted

  • This section substituted ss 137 and 138 of the principal Act.

3 Notice of determination

  • This section substituted s 139(1) of the principal Act.
