The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

2 Commencement

  • This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Maori Purposes Fund Board established

  • Section 7(2) of the principal Act is amended by repealing paragraph (c), and substituting the following paragraph:

    • “(c) the members of Parliament for the Maori electoral districts:”.
