(1) This Act is the Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre (Wairarapa) Amendment Act 2002.

(2) In this Act, the Taratahi Agricultural Training Centre (Wairarapa) Act 1969 is called “the principal Act”.

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

Section 9(2)(a) of the principal Act is amended by omitting the expression “$25,000”, and substituting the words “$100,000 plus any goods and services tax payable”.
