Frustrated Contracts Amendment Act 2002: repealed, on 1 September 2017, pursuant to section 345(1)(f) of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (2017 No 5).

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
(1)
This Act is the Frustrated Contracts Amendment Act 2002.
(2)
In this Act, the Frustrated Contracts Act 1944 is called “the principal Act”
.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 New section 2 substituted
The principal Act is amended by repealing section 2, and substituting the following section:
2 Interpretation
In this Act, Court means, in relation to any matter, the court, tribunal, or arbitral tribunal by or before which the matter falls to be determined.
