Private Investigators and Security Guards Amendment Act 2003: repealed, on 1 April 2011, pursuant to section 119 of the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 (2010 No 115).

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
(1)
This Act is the Private Investigators and Security Guards Amendment Act 2003.
(2)
In this Act, the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 1974 is called “the principal Act”
.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Grounds for cancellation of licence
Section 58(1)(b) of the principal Act is amended by omitting the words “Part 3 of the Dogs Registration Act 1955”
, and substituting the words “the Dog Control Act 1996”
.
