Health and Safety in Employment Amendment Act 2004: repealed, on 4 April 2016, pursuant to section 231(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (2015 No 70).

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
(1)
This Act is the Health and Safety in Employment Amendment Act 2004.
(2)
In this Act, the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 is called “the principal Act”
.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on 1 December 2004.
3 Minister may approve occupational health and safety training
Section 19G(1) of the principal Act is amended by omitting the words “, by notice in the Gazette,”
.
