The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

2 Commencement

  • This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Vesting of Maranuku site

  • Section 414 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, after subsection (1), the following subsection:

    • “(1A) The reservation of the Maranuku site as a recreation reserve is revoked.”
