State Sector Amendment Act 2007: repealed, on 7 August 2020, pursuant to section 132(1) of the Public Service Act 2020 (2020 No 40).

This Act is administered by the State Services Commission.
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the State Sector Amendment Act 2007.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the State Sector Act 1988.
4 Duty to act independently
Section 33 is amended by omitting “but subject to sections 51 and 52 of this Act,”
.
