4 Section 101B amended (Certain crimes with transnational aspects deemed to be included in extradition treaties)
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Extradition Amendment Act 2013.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Extradition Act 1999 (the principal Act).
4 Section 101B amended (Certain crimes with transnational aspects deemed to be included in extradition treaties)
In section 101B(1)(a), replace
“257A”
with“243”
.
