Proposed amendments

Nikki Kaye, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Heading to Part 2

Replace “Ages” with “Age” (line 2 on page 34).

Clause 9

Replace “20” with “18” (line 18 on page 34).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Alcohol Reform Bill so as to retain the current minimum age of 18 for the purchase of alcohol for consumption both on and off licensed premises.
