Proposed amendment

Dr David Clark, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 1

In clause 1, replace “Mixed Ownership Model Act 2012” (line 3 on page 3) with “State Asset Privatisation Act 2012”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends the Mixed Ownership Model Bill to change the Title to better reflect its intention and impact.
