Proposed amendments
Charles Chauvel, in Committee, to move the following amendments:
Clause 103
In clause 103(1), replace “High Court”
(line 21 on page 77) with “Environment Court”

In clause 103(2), replace “High Court”
(line 28 on page 77) with “Environment Court”
.
In clause 103(2A), replace “High Court”
(line 2 on page 78) with “Environment Court”
.
Delete clause 103(3) (lines 5 and 6 on page 78).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper amends clause 103 to ensure appeals are taken to the Environment Court. The restriction in clause 103(3) to appeals on a question of law is also removed to allow the Court to hear issues of both fact and law.
