Proposed amendment

Metiria Turei, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 10

Delete clause 10 (page 6, line 25 to page 7, line 6).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper deletes clause 10 of the Bill relating to the application of the Public Works Act 1981 to the disposal of State housing land.
