Proposed amendment

Chris Hipkins, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Part 1, subpart 7

In Part 1, delete subpart 7 (page 11, line 9 to page 12, line 8).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper deletes subpart 7 of Part 1 of the Bill, removing the proposed ability for tertiary institutions to sponsor partnership schools.
