Proposed amendment

Richard Prosser, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 21B

Delete clause 21B (page 9, lines 26 to 34).

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper deletes clause 21B to remove special consideration for Māori representation in consideration of geographical indicators.
