Proposed amendment

Tracey Martin, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 49

In clause 49, new section 77(ab), replace “form 1” (page 40, line 7) with “year 7”.

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends clause 49 of the Education (Update) Amendment Bill to modernise the language in the provision to reflect today’s educational practice and terminology.
