Clause 8
In clause 8, new section 5(1)(b)(vii), replace “should”
(page 20, line 8) with “must”
.
In clause 8, new section 5(1)(b)(viii)(A), replace “should”
(page 20, line 14) with “must”
.
In clause 8, new section 5(1)(b)(viii)(B), replace “should”
(page 20, line 18) with “must”
.
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper amends clause 8 in the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families (Oranga Tamariki) Legislation Bill to replace the qualifier “should”
with “must”
in new section 5(1)(b)(vii) and (viii).
