Proposed amendment to SOP No 25

Hon Louise Upston, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Part 2, clause 31

In clause 31, replace inserted paragraph (b) (page 44) with:

(b)

a supported child’s payment is payable in respect of the child; or

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper amends SOP No 25 amending the Social Security Legislation Rewrite Bill, amending clause 31 to restore the requirement that a supported child’s payment is payable in respect of the child to meet the purposes of subpart 3.
