Proposed amendment
Maureen Pugh, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Schedule 1: new Part 9 of Schedule 1
In Schedule 1, new Part 9 of Schedule 1, clause 27(3), delete the row relating to Tai Poutini Polytechnic (page 59).
Explanatory note
This Supplementary Order Paper seeks to exclude Tai Poutini Polytechnic from the transitional arrangements in the Bill that convert existing polytechnics into NZIST subsidiaries.
