Proposed amendment

Simeon Brown, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Schedule 2

In Schedule 2, after item LP17 (page 37), insert:

LP18 AMETI Eastern Busway- Reeves Road Flyover Auckland Transport and New Zealand Transport Authority To construct the Eastern Busway and Reeves Road Flyover, including a dedicated busway connecting Panmure, Pakuranga, and Botany Town centres, and the Reeves Road flyover which is a grade-separated flyover connecting Pakuranga Road and the South Eastern Arterial On existing road reserve and adjacent properties on Lagoon Drive, Pakuranga Road, Ti Rakau Drive, Reeves Road, William Roberts Road, and the South Eastern Arterial in Auckland

Explanatory note

This Supplementary Order Paper proposes to amend the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Bill to include in the listed projects of Schedule 2 the AMETI Eastern Busway-Reeves Road Flyover.
