1 Title
This notice is the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Exemption from Vaccination Requirements for RSE Workers) Revocation Notice 2021.
2 Commencement
This notice comes into force on 1 January 2022.
3 Revocation of COVID-19 Public Health Response (Exemption from Vaccination Requirements for RSE Workers) Notice 2021
The COVID-19 Public Health Response (Exemption from Vaccination Requirements for RSE Workers) Notice 2021 (SL 2021/346) is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice revokes the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Exemption from Vaccination Requirements for RSE Workers) Notice 2021 (the principal notice) on 1 January 2022.
The principal notice, subject to certain conditions,—
exempts employees of Recognised Seasonal Employers (RSE workers) who arrive in New Zealand from Samoa, the Solomon Islands, Tonga, or Vanuatu from the vaccination requirement in clause 7E of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) 2020; and
exempts air carriers that carry RSE workers to New Zealand from the evidence-checking requirement in clause 7F of that order.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Exemption from Vaccination Requirements for RSE Workers) Revocation Notice 2021 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
2 Legal status
