An Act to amend the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
1 Short Title and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Incorporated Societies Amendment Act 1993, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
(2) This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1994.
2 Power to compromise with creditors and members
This section amended section 23A of the principal Act.
3 New sections substituted
This section substituted sections 24 to 26 of the principal Act.
5 Transitional provisions applying to liquidation of societies

[Repealed]
Section 5: repealed, on 5 December 2013, by section 14 of the Companies Amendment Act 2013 (2013 No 111).
