The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
(1)
This Act is the Judicature Amendment Act 2005.
(2)
In this Act, the Judicature Act 1908 is called “the principal Act”
.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Associate Judge may exercise certain powers of the Court
Section 26I(1)(c) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, after the expression “145,”
, the expression “145A,”
.
