This order is administered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Tokelau (Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone) Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

This order may be cited as the Tokelau (Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone) Act Commencement Order 1980.
