This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 1995, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Crimes Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 1995
The Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 1995 shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1996.
