Pursuant to section 199C of the Transport Act 1962, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Transport (Offences) Order 2004.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 27 February 2005.
3 Amendments to Schedule 2
Schedule 2 of the Transport Act 1962 is amended by omitting Parts 2 and 3.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 27 February 2005, amends Schedule 2 of the Transport Act 1962 by omitting Parts 2 and 3. The amendments complement the amendments made by the Land Transport (Offences and Penalties) Amendment Regulations 2004 with respect to the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004.
