Note
This order is administered in the Department of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Admiralty Act 1973, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Admiralty Act Commencement Order 1976.
2 Commencement of Admiralty Act 1973
The Admiralty Act 1973 shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1976.
