Note
This order is administered in the Department of Health.
PURSUANT to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, His Excelency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act Commencement Order 1977.
2 Commencement of Act
The Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1977.
