An Act to repeal the Economic Stabilisation Act 1948 and to make provision incidental thereto
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Economic Stabilisation Act Repeal Act 1987.
2 Repeals
The following enactments are hereby repealed, namely:
(a) the Economic Stabilisation Act 1948:
(b) the Economic Stabilisation Amendment Act 1968:
(c) the Economic Stabilisation Amendment Act 1982:
(d) Part 1 of the Finance Act 1983.
3 Consequential amendments and repeals

(1) The enactment specified in Schedule 1 is hereby consequentially amended in the manner indicated in that Schedule.
(2) The enactments specified in Schedule 2 are hereby consequentially repealed.
