Pursuant to section 2 of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

2 Commencement of Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010
The Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010 comes into force on 1 October 2010.
