Pursuant to section 55A(5) of the Commerce Act 1986, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce made in accordance with section 55A(6) of that Act, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Commerce (Part 4 Regulation—Gas Pipeline Services) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Schedule 6 of Commerce Act 1986 amended
Schedule 6 of the Commerce Act 1986 is amended by adding the items set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, adds the following items to Schedule 6 of the Commerce Act 1986 (the Act):
Rimu Production Station—Mokoia Mixing station gas pipeline:
Sidewinder Production Station—Vector 300 Line at Durham Road Upper.
The effect of adding the items is to exempt the pipelines from the requirements of information disclosure and price-quality regulation under Part 4 of the Act.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 18 August 2011.
